There are two versions of the EVGA UV Plus+ - the UV 12 and the UV 16. They differ only on their external design (which is incredibly exaggerated when you see what functionality differences there are) and the resolutions they support. Here's a table of the common specifications between both models:

** Note that the 1600x1200 and 1600x1050 resolutions are only available on the UV 16 model The EVGA UV Plus+ supports a wide array of resolutions and refresh rates that should be acceptable for just about any display you want to attach it to.
