Synthetic CPU Tests

Examining these results, you can see that the i7 Extreme 920XM CPU is performing in the neighborhood of the i5-750 in single-threaded tests. In the multi-core efficiency test, we see Hyper-Threading support in the i7 Extreme 920XM CPU shine through and beat the i5 by a significant margin. In all cases the desktop i7 860 CPU beats the mobile i7-920XM easily.
