Kingwin ABT-1000MA1S PSU Key Features: 1,000W DC output, at 50°C 960W (80A) Combined +12V output power Support for Intel and AMD high performance CPUs ATX12V and EPS12V 2.92 compatible Advanced modular power connector management system 140mm Silent fan with Intelligent Auto Fan Speed control High efficiency (>80% at typical load) 80 Plus Bronze certified OVP / UVP / OPP / Short circuit protection Compliance with nVIDIA and ATI SLI specifications Four PCI-E connectors support high-end graphic adapters Black-chrome electroplate finish Blue LED fan and blue LED cable sockets PSU Testing Methodology Establishing an accurate load is critical to testing and evaluating a PC power supply. PCPerspectives power supply test bench can place a precise 2,000 watt DC load on the PSU under test. Each power supply is tested under controlled, real-world conditions up to its maximum rated load, using both 115 VAC and 240 VAC line voltage. Our current suite of tests includes: DC Load Regulation DC Line Regulation DC Cross-load (unbalanced load) AC Ripple and Noise Power Factor Efficiency Differential Temperature Noise
The Kingwin ABT-1000MA1S power supply was evaluated on both features and performance. A full range of equipment was used to test the power supply under controlled load conditions.
