Functionality - Performance

For performance testing we compare the Presario V2410 to various systems including a Sony VAIO laptop using a Pentium-M Centrino configuration. The systems are configured as follows:

Keep in mind that comparing results from these systems are like comparing apples to oranges to celery. Each CPU and chipset are different so don't place too much emphasis on desktop compared to mobile counterparts.

CPU & Memory Testing

As we can see in the above tests, the Compaq Presario V2410 is nearly evenly matched with the Pentium-M 1.7GHz laptop. Keep in mind that Pentium-M 735 laptops are priced at $100 or more than the V2410 ($999 USD).
